I am a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Civil Engineers and have two degrees, a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering and a MSc in Project management. I joined Swanton in 2014 as an Associate before being made a Director in 2015, after gaining varied construction experience which started in 1997 during a sandwich placement during my university degree. My experience is varied covering demolition, rail depot and rail infrastructure works, airport infrastructure, basement and building structures and large earthworks/remediation works along with heavy civils construction and design management.
I take continued learning and professional development seriously and play an active role delivering and developing Temporary Works training as part of current industry recognised practices and CITB accreditation along with bespoke training based on specific company requirements. I have recently been voted onto the board of Directors for the Temporary Works Forum and look forward to continuing the good work and intentions of this organisation.
