Re: BS 5975: 2019 – Revision of Section 3
BSI has published its 'business case' for the revision of BS 5975: 2019, Section 3. It is proposed that the standard be split, as follows:
- BS 5975-1, Management procedures for the control of temporary works
- BS 5975-2, Code of practice for the design of falsework
In an Email, BSI states, "… Only minor editorial changes will be made to [the existing] sections 1 and 2 to make part 1 a standalone document …".
