It is important that those individuals appointed to the roles of Temporary Works Co-ordinators (TWC) and temporary Works Supervisors (TWS) are competent. It is a legal requirement notwithstanding the good business aspect to such appointments.At present there is no definitive manner of assessing or prescribing individual competency. This note aims to provide guidance on this subject.
